| The Furka Oberalp Railway connects the Visp Zermatt Railway and the Rhaetian Raiway and provides the link for the popular Glacier Express between Zermatt and St. Moritz. The FO was not electrified until the early 1940's - I think this is an ex-FO HGe 4/4 which replaced steam on the FO when built around 1940. VZ and FO were affiliated. |
